Our attorneys provide experienced representation in the Superior Court Criminal Division handling serious felony charges for both adults and juveniles with an emphasis on drug crimes. We have handled thousands of cases involving drugs including possession of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute and distribution charges. We routinely represent clients charged with cocaine, heroin, LSD, ecstasy, methamphetamine, steroids, and other drugs. Our practice includes white collar offenses such as official corruption, forgery, and fraud. We expunge criminal records of arrest or conviction in both Municipal and Superior Courts.

We appear in the Municipal Courts representing clients charged with driving while intoxicated, driving under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, and refusal of a breath test. We have had extensive experience and training in defending both Alcotest and Breathalyzer cases. We work closely with Drug Recognition Experts (DREs) to defend charges of Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. We routinely handle possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and shoplifting offenses in the Municipal Courts throughout New Jersey.
