FAQ – Signs of Drunk Driving
Some of the signs that police officers look for when distinguishing drunk drivers are;
- Straddling the center of the lane
- weaving through traffic
- swerving
- driving off the designated roadway
- following too closely
- driving 10 or more MPH below the speed limit
- accelerating or decelerating too quickly
- braking unpredictably
- slow response to traffic lights
- using the wrong turn signals
- inappropriate stopping on the roads
